Randy first joined CONTINUUS in August 2021 to develop and oversee a comprehensive EHS program fro pharmaceutical product development, potent compounds, and manufacturing operations across two sites. He has over 20 years of experience, the majority of which is in pharmaceuticals ensuring that scientists and engineers are working in a safe environment, that all employees are protected, and that the company is fully complaiant with all federal, local and industry regulations. He has an exceptional ability to proactively seek out and evaluate potential EHS risks and liabilities and excels in finding and implementing the solution and correction of any identified problems or issues. Additional experience includes safety/loss prevention, environmental permitting, hazardous waste management, facility asset management, emissions monitoring, and compliance auditing.

Randy earned his Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Hazardous Materials Management from Tufts University.
